As EKA NDT Gözetim Mümessillik San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (EKA) company, we hereby undertake that, in scope of the services we offer, we will always act according to these principles:
· We are going to act objectively and independently by avoiding any kind of interaction that may negatively affect EKA and its customers,
· We are not the designers, manufacturers, suppliers, assemblers, purchasers, owners, users, maintainers or authorized representatives of any product, service or process included in scope of the testing services performed by EKA, on behalf of whom we act as the authorized people,
· We are going to act independently and objectively in case of any potential conflict of interest between us and our customers,
· We will never use the works performed within the body of EKA to our own interest or the interest of other institutions,
· We will absolutely reject any demand made to us to gain unfair interest,
· We will never demand from any EKA employee to enter into a relationship of interest in any way with any organization,
· We will place the utmost importance to the secrecy of documents, information and records that belong to our customers during the services performed by EKA for our customers,
· We will ensure that equal services are offered for the business demands of any party and we will not demand additional burdens (financial etc.),
· We will ensure that all the procedures applied at EKA and the international standards shall be fulfilled without discrimination, and
· We will protect our employees from every kind of commercial and financial pressures that may affect them in scope of the performed works.
